YouTube released its year-end edition of Ads Leader board 2017, listing all the advertisements that wooed the viewers on this video portal.
The top 10 list of Indian ads garnered more than 200 million views combined.

If you’ll watch it with intense scrutiny, it might come off as nothing short of ordinary, and even stupid. However, it carries a light mood with ‘love’ as its subject that did well to impress the young audience. It has more than 8.5 million views.
7) Sunfeast Yippee! Mood Masala-Crazy Mood Hindi TVC
Simple. Nothing Too Special. Targeting kids. With 8.6 million views.
6) Welcome to ‘Selfiestaan’ with Gionee A1
Gionee’s ‘Selfistaan’ anthem became quite popular. This ad with, catchy tune and Alia Bhatt in it, was a mix match of success. It has over 8.5 million views.
5) Ghar Sajaane ka Mushkil se Mushkil Samaan On India k sapno ki #Apnidukaan by Amazon India
Amazon has always done exceptionally well to connect with audience through its beautiful ads. This one too falls in that line. Until now, it has got 9.4 million views.
4) “Kyuki Diwali Sirf Ek Tyohaar Nahi Hai” Ft. Piyush Mishra”
The award for ‘Ad of the Diwali’ this year goes to Panasonic. With the hashtag #BetterThanOne, this ad blends a festive and upbeat feel to successfully grip the audience till the very end. This is one of the best Smartphone ads of this year that touts a total view of 9.7 millions.
3) Dettol New Mom #MaaMaane Dettol ka Dhula
The ad by Dettol has a desi success formula—Mothers. We’ve long seen advertisements based on mothers are highly adored among the audience. No wonder, this one has received 11.4 million views. It carries the hashtag #DettolMum, celebrating new mothers.
2) Meet Deepika Padukone’s new BFF!
The long-faded hero made a big splash this year. This Goibibo’s ad featuring Bollywood queen Deepika Padukone was fun and relatable. With equally catchy hashtag #GetSetGoibibo, the ad has been watched more than 18.4 millions.
1) LG Astronaut Brand TVC Ad Film-20 year anniversary story video – Life is Good
The longest Ad and the most viewed one, this ad coming from LG India celebrates 20 years anniversary of this leading company. Still sticking to its same mantra #LifeIsGood, its narrative is very engaging, emotion-filled and personalized. It has got over 104.3 million views.
